**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for **Steel Stud - Drywaller **with commercial renovation experience to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone with a broad knowledge and experience of drywall repairs and painting, installation of doors, flooring, T-bar ceiling, windows, and door, bathroom accessories, door hardware, etc.; (preferably commercial construction) to come into an environment where you are working autonomously and trusted to do the job.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will spend their day at sites within the lower mainland, working on small projects, repairs, and maintenance on commercial projects. A good majority of the sites are occupied spaces as we specialize in Tenant Improvements. Your key responsibilities will Include:

- Travelling to various project sites;
- Drywall repairs and painting;
- Installation of doors, flooring, T-bar ceiling, windows, and door, bathroom accessories, door hardware, etc.;
- Minor structural framing;
- Toilet partition installs;
- Backing;
- Deficiencies; and
- Other duties as assigned

- Minimum of 3 years related experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- CSA approved safety footwear
