We are looking for entry-level and experienced Drywallers to join our team. Most of our work is generally reno type work.. **Key Job Responsibilities**_include but are not limited to_: - All aspects of drywall finishing - Fire stopping knowledge required - Able to board full sheets (5/8" and 1/2"), 2' cut outs, and patches - Able to use fast set confidently - Being able to texture is considered an asset - Ability to class 5 finish surfaces when required - Provide exceptional customer service - Performs other related duties as assigned. **Job Knowledge and Skills**: - **Minimum 5 years experience as a taper. No exceptions**: - Ability to read simple building plans, scopes and follow directions. - Keeping a very clean and tidy worksite. Generally you are working in someone's home while they still live there. - Ability to measure and cut drywall to fit in specific spaces with limited waste. - Excellent hand-eye coordination. - Ability to work independently and with a team. - Perform work in a safe manner - Reliable mode of transportation to commute to and from the job site, with tools (need to have a vacuum and broom or swiffer as apart of your tools or be willing to get them before start date). **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Additional pay: - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site gym - On-site parking - Paid time off - Vision care Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime **Experience**: - boarding/taping: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person
