**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Manage a team of steel stud framers, drywall installers, and other construction professionals
- Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors
- Implement safety protocols on job sites

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction, with expertise in drywall, fire caulking, blueprint reading
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor as required

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
