**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain systems, policies, and procedures relating to the AP function.
- Assist with all aspects of the Accounts Payable function including priority payments to vendors and Monthly A/P reconciliation.
- Review vendor reconciliations to ensure variances are resolved in a timely manner.
- Responsible for assisting with monthly account analysis and other AP related reconciliations.
- Ensures that all payments are compliant with corporate policies and procedures which include proper approval and correct G/L coding.
- Respond to and resolve all internal and external AP inquiries. Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payments are within cash flow restraints.
- Provide weekly Accounts Payable aging reports and status on long-outstanding items.
**Qualifications Required**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of full cycle AP experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
- Experience working with a large ERP system would be an asset
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good judgment and customer service skills are required to deal effectively with internal clients and vendors
