Mackie Group is looking for a **Pricing Coordinator** to join our team in Oshawa, ON. This is a full-time, in-office position with **Monday through Friday** hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages pricing and service offerings to ensure they are accurate and effective
- Coordinates responses to incoming quote inquiries from potential customers
- Comprehends and applies various tariffs and pricing schedules towards new business opportunities
- Collects and produces account profile information for new customers
- Increases service, customer, industry and competitor knowledge to build profitability by winning quotes, cross-selling and up-selling
- Works closely with transportation, warehouse and logistics teams on customer proposals and/or issues
- Defines pricing schedules and parameters for new customers
- Develops and maintains key customer relationships to ensure that the pricing policies are effective and the customer is satisfied
- Maintains professional communication during RFQ process ensuring best pricing at each proposal
- Ensures that Salesforce is updated accurately and on a timely basis
- Actively sources logistics service providers and compares pricing
- Provides support to the Director, Sales Ops and the VP Sales

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to speak both English and French is an asset
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) preferred.
- Solid knowledge of North American geography
- Understanding of trucking operations and logistics
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
