**We are looking for a Full Time Keyholder to join our team at our GTA Locations.**

On average our current seasoned **Full Time Keyholder** in this role earn an average of $19 - $24 per hour or higher through Hourly Guarantee or by Commission.

We currently operate five stores, four brick and mortar stores in the Greater Toronto Area and Global Web-store.

Each store operates like a small family boutique business with other locations like ‘cousins’.

Our Company Designs, Manufactures (in Italy), imports and sells the Ron White Collections at 80+ stores across North America. Men’s Footwear, Women’s Footwear & Handbags.

**What is an Keyholder Role at Ron White Shoes?**
We’re looking for outstanding people who exude a passion for shoes & fashion, love to sell and build long term clientele relationships while working within a small team boutique environment.

At Ron White, the Keyholder is accountable for all store sales and operation functions when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are away from the store, the In addition to driving your individual sales results, you will help the store management team to build and inspire the sales and support teams to engage customers and complete all daily operational duties.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Truly love to work with clients and spend time helping them build their footwear wardrobe.
- Have a minimum of 1 year Keyholder management experience in retail or in the food and beverage industry.
- Must have helped manage a team of 2 plus employees in your previous role.
- Have a proven record to set and deliver sales, payroll and productivity goals in a team environment.
- Have strong verbal, written and communication skills.
- Have strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to travel to and work in our multiple locations in the GTA when needed.
- As a daily operating business, applicants must able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends, some evenings and holidays as needed.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to move and replace fixtures, shelves and hardware throughout the stockroom/stores when needed.
- Ability to use ladders and claim stairs on a frequent basis.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and frequently reach with hands and arms, twist, bend on a continual basis.
