As a Showcase **Full Time Key Holder, ** you will support your Store Manager and in contributing to the store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience. Accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations and ensuring execution. A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase’s policies and procedures.

As we continue our growth, we are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You will be asked to maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being a part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outstanding personal sales
- Training sales associates
- A strong customer service environment
- Execution mechandising standard and all other operation standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory and cash balancing

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years in retailexperience
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Available evening and weekends

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
