The Key Holder position will bring out and foster your creative spirit. The role of Key Holder is responsible in the growth of top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in -store customer experience.

We are seeking a Sales Associate / Key Holder to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for selling amazing products, merchandise, and services in a fun retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available evening, weekends and holidays
- Cash Handling
- At least 18 or older

We are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You will be asked to maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being a part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-30 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
