RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, showcasing a variety of coffee beverages.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Accurately handle orders and transactions through the POS system.
- Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized.
- Ensure a fresh stock of coffee beans and ingredients.
- Offer detailed information about our coffee and baked goods selections and make personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash/debit/credit transactions with accuracy.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Barista and customer service experience, with a strong knowledge of coffee.
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Food Handler's Certification.
- Communicative amongst team members to increase efficiency.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
