**Accountabilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of corporate facilities, including building access, office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and maintenance work
- Management of JIRA (Service Request) platform and property management reporting systems
- Creation and management of departmental PO’s and reconciliation of departmental invoices
- Coordination of departmental lease payments, and service agreements
- Coordination and management of the instant ticket testing process
- Coordination and management of security certification and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company events, meetings, and special projects as needed, and provide coverage in cross functional departments
- Ability to complete draw functions
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of processes related to the safety of the organization and its assets
- Collaborate with the internal communications team to incorporate important news & information
- Organize and maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases related to corporate services and properties
**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as business administration is an asset
- Experience in corporate services, facilities management, or property administration
- Strong abilities to plan, organize, problem solve, analyze, and prioritize work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of team, show initiative, take direction, and be receptive to feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and timelines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining thorough follow-through
- Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure
- Requires professional demeanor with ability to use independent judgment
