The **Corporate Services and Properties Specialist** is a newly created, full-time customer centric position located in our Winnipeg offices. We are searching for an individual who is a problem solver, evaluates day to day issues and comes up with long term recommendations and solutions. Their ability to ensure program and project deliverables are completed on time as identified in the project plan will help them be successful in the position. They continuously look for opportunities to improve processes that impact the department, other departments, and our external suppliers.

**Accountabilities**
- Coordinate, manage, and provide organization support for assigned initiatives and program-related activities within the Corporate Services & Properties portfolio
- Facilitate sessions, provide mentoring and quality assurance on customer service programs that enhances the in-person winner experience
- Liaise with external service providers including clarifying information and resolving issues and/or, escalating queries to their Leader as appropriate
- Develop and maintain internal communications site (SharePoint) on matters related to Corporate Services and Properties
- Receive and respond to internal escalation and queries from our internal request system
- Collaborate with internal communications team to inform and educate
- Assist with programs/projects and special events
- Review existing practices and provide recommendations to improve guidelines, efficiencies, and effectiveness
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of processes related to the safety of the organization and its assets
- Maintain current lists for key contacts, service providers, external vendors, and contractors
- Assist in preparing reports, maintaining data and bringing forward recommendations
- Maintain budget data including analyzing, reconciling, and making recommendations for facility projects
- Identify and provide recommendations and inputs into equipment/resource needs

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as business administration
- Experience delivering customer service programs including follow up and additional coaching
- Experience in coordinating and or leading projects
- Strong abilities to plan, organize, problem solve, analyze, and prioritize work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of team, show initiative, take direction, and be receptive to feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and timelines
- Requires strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining thorough follow-through
- Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure
- Requires professional demeanor with ability to use independent judgment
