**A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Analyzes credit information to establish customers' credit limits permitting highest profitable sales consistent with reasonably minimum losses.
- Counsels and negotiates with customers to improve financial controls, suggests sources of working capital, and sets up special credit arrangements and payment schedules.
- Plans credit restriction and collection tactics for risky, slow pay, and sensitive accounts.
- May collect outstanding receivables in accordance with terms and conditions of sale
- _Responsible _for _reporting _complaints _and _Adverse _Drug _Reactions _(ADR) _
- Review Lockbox payments and resolve items not fully applied by auto-cash.
- S ave cheque images from bank portal to shared drive for audit and disaster recovery purposes.
- Perform offsets and adjustment transactions as needed.
- P repare weekly remote cheque deposits.
- Reconcile and track previous day credits & debits (fees & NSF’s) in Bank website.
- Post NSF’s on customer's account in SAP.
- Reconcile and track Credit Card settlements on Paymentech. Investigate and resolve any items that failed to be deposited but cleared in SAP.
- Monthly Reconcile and track Credit Card and Bank Fees.
- Process Credit Card refunds & charges in SAP.
- Reconcile Payment Plan files (Credit Card and Direct Debit) on 1st and 15th, post NSF’s plus investigate & resolve any issues in SAP.
- Setup Payment Plan as per request from Credit Reps.
- Provide back up for the Billing due list and Billing daily batch.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
**KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION**
- _Bachelor’s _degree. _. _
- _SAP, Salesforce and MS Office, mainly Excel _
**JOB EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree
- Credit and Collections minimum 3 years of relevant experience
**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**
- Strong customer focus
- Relationship building
- Results Oriented
- High organizational ability
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
**Nice to Have**
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking
- Banking knowledge
- Accounting basics
