We are currently looking for:
**Service Sales Support Rep
- Ontario**

**JOB SUMMARY**: **This position reports to the Regional Service Manager and has accountability for sales, quotations, tender response, and customer relationships. Using a consultative selling approach, build profitable long-term customer relationships by selling products to an established and growing account base.**

**BASIC FUNCTIONS**:

- Achieve PM Sales monthly and annual sales target
- Responsible for providing the best solutions to our customers, including marketing of all Power Generation service and service related offerings by Custom Power Generation
- Evaluate customer needs, promote, and sell products and services to meet those needs and provide solutions to address customers’ needs
- Primarily an Outside sales function, preparing customer presentations, quotations.
- Preparing tenders, RFQ’s and Project Quotations direct to customer quotes.
- Attending Site Visits and Customer Presentations
- Travel within your defined territory to build relationships and opportunities

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Consulting sales skills coupled with initiative, conflict resolution, negotiation, drive,

energy, persistence, commitment, and a team player
- Ability to make decisions based on knowledge and expertise
- Business acumen and an understanding of support systems, credit and financing
- Knowledge of the CSA282 Guidelines for Emergency Power

**ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Represent Custom Power Generation with a high standard of professionalism and ethics
- Ensure all sales documents and customer agreements are completed in a consistent, accurate and in a timely manner
- Ensure proper territory coverage of customer base
- Meet client expectations and required service levels
- Develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with customers
- Foster an environment of open communication within the product support team along with other Custom Power Generation sales teams
- Develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with the customers through providing consistent, accurate and timely equipment solutions to customers

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- **Post secondary**:Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering or other related field is considered an asset.

Previous Sales experience is considered an asset

Electrical / Mechanical aptitude is considered and asset.

Previous Power Gen experience will be considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
