**We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join our team in our London office**

**Your day as a Commercial Operations Manager**
- Develop and implement role-specific training plans for all service positions, providing hands-on, one-on-one or group training as needed
- Enhance operational efficiency by evaluating and improving existing processes and procedures to strengthen the office’s capacity and performance
- Establish and maintain formalized office procedures, ensuring updates and adjustments are made to support continued growth
- Monitor team performance and resource allocation, ensuring optimal capacity to meet client and business demands.
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused work environment that supports communication, teamwork, and operational excellence
- Extensive insurance industry knowledge and a deep understanding of brokerage operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with a self-motivated, proactive approach to work.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in goal-oriented, team-based environments.
- The ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive results.
- Sharp problem-solving abilities, using sound judgment to resolve challenges effectively.
