Hörmann Northwest Door LTD is looking for an **Inventory Control Representative** for our Distribution Center in **Surrey BC**, to help ensure accurate records of goods received, report overages and shortages and report damaged goods. This position is responsible for reporting and resolving all variances in the inventory system.

Our shifts are **full-time Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm with weekends off**, and overtime available as necessary.

**You may do any or all the following in your typical workday**:

- Respond to inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations in a timely manner to keep stock rotating with no outages
- Maintain needed inventory stock levels in computer as well as current costs from all vendors
- Work with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure all purchased inventory is put in its proper location in Sales Center
- Perform daily cycle count of designated products
- Track and report non-confirming product to appropriate department or company
- Identify and record any issues relating to quality or damaged and not sellable items
- Coordinate and integrate efforts across operations to enhance inventory accuracy
- Develop and implement processes to limit inventory variances
- Ensures delivery loads are organized and accurate
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements for this position**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of inventory control, receiving or purchasing experience
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of inventory procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Excellent and engaging written and verbal communication skills on phone and in person
- Able to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00-$25.20 per hour
