- Supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support during daily operations.
- Working closely with the owner of a small business
- Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify issues or areas needing improvement.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for enhancements.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred.
- Leadership abilities with experience supervising teams or projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
