WHAT YOU WILL DO
The primary purpose of this position is to prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports. The position also requires to maintain accurate financial data and accounting process of extended warranty and other service business. You will directly report to Senior Manager, Tax & Financial Reporting.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Prepare for monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statement and note
- Prepare for financial reporting packages to HQ in USA and Korea
- Prepare responses for HQ request on financial statements and other related inquires
- Support quarterly financial statement forecasting
- Provide support and assistance to the auditors
- Maintain sales and claim financial database for extended warranty and CPO business
- Prepare/review monthly financial report for the extended warranty business
- Support to implement new accounting system development and maintain new chart of account
- Monitor and reconcile the wholesale & delivery data on weekly/monthly basis
- Prepare and submit surveys required by Statistics Canada
- Provide any ad-hoc request and any other task

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel & data base skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organization skills with ability of working under pressure
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- Over 3 year experience in finance reporting and analysis role
- CPA designation or working towards a CPA designation
- Working experience in multi-national corporate is an asset
