**Position Summary**

**What We Need**

We are looking for a **Financial Analyst** who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

**Are You**

As the **Financial Analyst**, you will ensure that the books of accounts are correct and questions regarding them are defined and answered.

**A Day in the Life**
- Assist with the month end closing process
- Completion of account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and journal entry processing
- Complete intercompany analysis, expense allocation and verification
- Support the internal & external audit processes
- Complete financial Statement analysis, employee expenses
- Responsible for Accounts Payable duties
- Support the analysis, forecast, and budgeting of revenue and expenses
- Provide monthly variance analysis on line of business financial reporting
- Prepare monthly GL account analyses and resolving any aged items
- Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Ability to problem-solve, analyze complex issues, develop appropriate action plans and delivers the results timely
- Preferred: Knowledge of AS400 system, NetSuite, Great Plains
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable with MS Excel advanced functions such as VLOOKUP’s, INDEX, PIVOT TABLES
- Strong research, reporting, and analytical skills
- Ability to interact with personnel at all levels within the organization
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university
- Accounting designation preferred. CPA or final stages.
- 2-3 years of Finance experience in an analytical role
- Demonstrated complex modeling skills
- Strong knowledge of balance sheet and income statements and their relationship and
