As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in maintaining the professional operation of the clinic. Your interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and attention to detail will ensure clients feel supported while administrative processes flow efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception area and treatment rooms
  • Support the team with documentation and electronic medical records
  • Posting on social media and supporting online client engagement

**Qualifications & Skills**

  • Strong computer skills
  • Solid knowledge of **posting on social media platforms** (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a **medical or aesthetic practice** is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with **electronic medical records (EMRs)** and **medical terminology**:
  • Demonstrated strength in multitasking, problem-solving, and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, inviting, and professional demeanor

**Schedule Requirements**

- **Mondays, Thursday and** **Fridays** from **9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.**

- **Wednesdays** from **12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.**

  • Must have the flexibility to **cover additional hours, up to full-time,** if needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour
