Part Time Receptionist

We are a busy physiotherapy clinic seeking a part time receptionist who is positive, efficient, organized and able to multi task in a team environment and has confidence in decision making, critical thinking and the desire to continuously learn. Prior clinic experience is an asset

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
Booking appointments on a computer based scheduler

Taking payments

Taking and relaying messages with accuracy

3rd party insurance billing

Tidying and stocking of treatment rooms

Answering a busy phone line

Typing

Laundry

General cleaning

The shifts to be covered are one morning and one afternoon/evening shift between our two locations. The position requires flexibility in working morning/afternoon/ evenings and being able to fill in during vacations/illness.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (required)
- receptionist: 1 year (required)
