**Full-Time Customer Service Representative**

We specialize in helping clients transform their quality of sleep through personalized treatment plans for sleep disorders. Our elite team includes registered respiratory therapists, sleep technicians, and board-certified sleep physicians, working closely with private and public sleep labs to ensure precise diagnoses and treatments.

**Your Role**
We're seeking an energetic, independent, and highly motivated individual to be a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. If you're passionate about communicating professionally and can deliver our message effectively to clients, we want you on board. You'll play a pivotal role in customer service, online support, and shipping/receiving while contributing to our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage our existing customer base and transition them to our online platform.
- Develop expertise in obstructive sleep apnea and treatment options.
- Communicate our company's vision and values professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales activity reports.
- Assist in creating marketing strategies and materials.
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver consistent messaging.
- Support other departments as needed within the same scope.
- Take on additional tasks as directed by management.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
- A college diploma or university degree with a marketing focus.
- At least 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience, ideally in a related industry.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills; adept at problem-solving and responding to customer inquiries.
- A self-starter who can work independently while being an enthusiastic team player.
- Strong knowledge of obstructive sleep apnea and CPAP therapy is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
