Construction Estimator

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create comprehensive estimates
- Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and make adjustments as necessary
- Provide support to project managers and other team members as needed
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Project management experience is a plus

**Salary**: $34,320.00-$128,647.19 per year
