We are currently looking for an IT Contracts Manager, whose main mandate will be to manage the renewal and implementation of all IT-related contracts: licenses, equipment, support and maintenance agreements, professional services.

- Participate in the definition of negotiation strategies and ensure their implementation according to contract requirements and value.
- Evaluate offers in depth and participate in negotiating agreements, with the aim of obtaining the best prices, terms, and conditions.
- Develop a strong relationship with IT managers through a customer-focused approach based on information sharing, in-depth needs analysis and demonstration of value-added contract expertise.
- Coordinate the review of agreements in collaboration with the legal department and the cybersecurity team.
- Actively participate in the production of executive presentations and manage the obtaining of approvals.
- Ensure compliance with contract governance policies.
- Maintain and update contract inventory and renewal schedule.

- Five (5) to eight (8) years' experience in contract management and analysis
- Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written (regular exchanges with colleagues and suppliers in Canada and the U.S.)
