**Job Location: Calgary, AB**

Luminii is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance department. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, bank reconciliations, general ledger account reconciliation, and maintaining working capital metrics. This role is hybrid with three days a week in the office after an initial training period of 2-4 weeks.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Develop partnerships with key internal customers and cross-functional teams
- Proactively provide timely and accurate accounts receivable reporting and analysis
- Make recommendations to improve processes, reporting, and analysis
- Prepare monthly and daily reconciliations of cash
- Prepare weekly reporting on accounts receivable and customer prepaids
- Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding balances
- Ensure proper allocation of customer payments in the accounting systems (NetSuite)
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain positive relationships
- Consistent and professional follow-up on aged invoices
- Assistance with customer billing
- Prepare journal entries
- Prepare account reconciliations

**Qualifications**

**Education and/or Experience Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree
- or two or more years of accounting, finance, customer service, or other business experience

**Other Required Qualifications**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the order to cash cycle
- Demonstrated critical attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Exposure to NetSuite
- Exposure to Salesforce
