Come try Trican and enjoy our industry leading compensation package, exceptional mental health supports, 100% employer paid benefits and RRSP matching programs from day one, employee bonus programs, company paid development and much more **ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST - CALGARY (CAT)** The Accounts Receivable Analyst works alongside and support the Team Lead and Senior AR Analyst. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure that Trican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is the priority in all activities - Set-up and maintain customer invoice files, including filing invoices in alphabetical and date order - Review and post invoices according to established department procedures. This could include both manual and electronic invoicing - Post payment receipts to the appropriate subledger account - Manually enter customer invoices via intermediary services such as OpenInvoice, Cortex, Ariba - Follow up with the appropriate salesperson/department regarding customer issues - Follow up on delinquent accounts to secure payment dates and amounts - Willingness to assist in additional tasks/projects outside of regular responsibilities Experience & Skills: - Current enrollment in a Finance or Accounting diploma or certificate program is an asset - Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy - Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - Intermediate excel skills are considered an asset - Proven ability to initiate action and problem-solve in a collaborative manner - Ability to meet strict deadlines - Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment - Experience with Open Invoice, Cortex, and Ariba is an asset - Ability to work well in a team driven environment - Strong communication and customer service skills - Accuracy and attention to detail What Makes Us Attractive: - Values-driven organization - Employee’s choice for full coverage or flexible benefits plan - RRSP Matching Program - $2,000 annual mental health coverage - Employee Referral Bonus Program - Access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program - UFA and Petro Canada fuel discount programs - Community involvement through sponsorship of local events - Inclusive Social Club offering a variety of activities - Demonstrated commitment to an equitable and inclusive workforce driven by our Diversity & Inclusion Philosophy and our Indigenous Peoples Policy - Focus on safety, training and development - Career advancement opportunities Working Conditions: - Regular office hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm How To Apply:
