**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to align inventory levels with customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the utilization of warehouse management systems (WMS) for effective inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate warehouse distribution activities to ensure optimal storage and handling of products.
- Collaborate with freight carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to negotiate rates and manage transportation logistics.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track equipment maintenance schedules and performance metrics.
- Source materials and supplies as needed, ensuring quality standards are met while managing costs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in logistics management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution processes.
- Familiarity with demand planning techniques and tools.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data for process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
