**Title**:Rental Equipment & Asset Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Organize, regularly update, and maintain detailed inventory of rental equipment and assets;
- Generate rental agreements and document all transactions;
- Assist with quotes and lead times on rental equipment;
- Establish and perform exhaustive pre
- & post-rent check procedures on equipment including communicating required cleaning and/or maintenance tasks to Fabrication & Maintenance Manager and generate appropriate work orders;
- Generate invoices for rentals which include any costs allocated to the repair and/or cleaning of the equipment;
- Work with Health and Safety to ensure all requirements have been met on equipment;
- Assist with the implementation and management of Maintenance Software

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a maintenance coordinator role or similar;
- Familiar with heavy equipment would be considered an asset.
- Familiar working with a PM system would be considered an asset.
- Strong decision making, problem solving troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and effectively meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a multifunctional team with minimum supervision
- Must hold a Valid Class 5 Driver's license.
