We are looking for a talented hands-on **Assistant General Manager **to grow and develop our brand in Manitoba. You will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

**The Position**:

- Ensure the effective process of all types of car rental transactions.
- Provide exemplary customer service and issue resolution.
- Monitor prices and set rates for walk-ups
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Clean and service facilities/vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Increase the local market penetration of the branch and increase revenue
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Results driven and customer focused attitude.
- 1+ years of experience in the rental car industry would be an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales and customer service
- The ability to work under stressful situations in order to maintain great customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- Able to work 40 hours per week and a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours.
