**Job Details**
Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in marketing CARFAX Canada’s existing products to drive awareness, grow our customer base and maximize revenue across all business verticals.
**Position Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing Specialist, every day is different and exciting You’ll be working on a variety of initiatives, including:
- Leveraging research, analytics and insights to inform marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Building strong relationships with vertical leaders to understand their business and customers, and to ensure that their teams have what they need to sell our existing products
- Managing marketing programs and ensuring that content and supporting materials are updated on a regular basis
- Maintaining a strong understanding of our B2B and B2C customers and being the voice of customer in cross-functional team settings.
**Education and Experience Required**:
- Post-secondary education, college diploma or university degree in marketing or business is required.
- Minimum 5 years of prior marketing experience is required.
- Digital marketing experience with a proven ability to leverage data and insights to improve engagement and conversion.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are critical.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work.
- Critical thinker with ability to proactively identify issues and opportunities.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo.
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics, Hot Jar, etc.) is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism (French) and experience in the automotive space is considered an asset.
