**HR Coordinator - Join Our Growing Team**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Coordinator** to support the implementation and maintenance of our HR strategy, and ensure the smooth coordination of day-to-day HR functions. This role is essential for keeping day-to-day HR running smoothly while we build a larger system.
The position reports directly to the **Vice President, Finance**.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will be involved in many areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, policy development, and performance management.
**Recruitment & Selection**:
- Write and post job advertisements and maintain job postings.
- Conduct interviews and reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters and track hiring metrics.
**Onboarding & Administration**:
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation.
- Prepare training schedules and deliver the orientation presentation.
- Coordinate onboarding days and collect required new hire information.
- Set up new employees in payroll and submit benefits enrollments and terminations.
- Maintain accurate HR spreadsheets, files, and documentation.
**HR Strategy & Policy**:
- Support the implementation of the HR strategy.
- Assist in developing and updating policies and communicating policy updates.
- Help document HR processes and procedures and identify process improvements.
- Assist in creating and updating job profiles and organizational charts.
**Compensation & Training**:
- Assist in creating and updating compensation structures and conducting market compensation analysis (annually).
- Track absences and vacation.
- Track training activity and book training/re-certifications.
**Employee Support & Performance**:
- Respond to employee questions and handle day-to-day HR requests.
- Coordinate performance reviews through leaders (initiated annually).
- Support planning of team events and engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices.
**What Success Looks Like**
You will be successful when:
- Employees feel **supported and informed**.
- New hires are **onboarded confidently**.
- HR documentation stays **accurate and organized**.
- Recruitment flows **smoothly**.
- The business becomes more **efficient** to support long-term growth.
**About You**

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
