**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining customer records.
- **Sales Coordination**: Help coordinate sales activities, such as managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and organizing sales materials.
- **Trade Show Participation**: Support the planning and execution of trade shows, including setting up booths, interacting with customers, and demonstrating products.
- **Sales Development**: Over time, take on more active sales roles, including learning to make cold calls, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Suretorq Inc.’s products and services to effectively support the sales team and assist customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred, but not required. A desire to learn and grow in a sales environment is essential.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
