**About the Position**
Reporting to the Nisku Branch Manager, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity and will monitor inventory levels and product movement. This position will control/isolate non-conforming product as defined by local work instructions and in conformance with client expectations. The Inventory Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring a conforming product mix, facilitating efficient order fulfillment, and contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.
**Your Duties**
- Ensure all Receiving Manifests, Shipping Manifests and Inventory Changes are recorded correctly in inventory system(s) in a timely manner
- Verify that the product and location is correct and up-to-date in inventory system(s).
- Update inventory system(s) with product inspections on a daily basis; including inventory counts
- Manage customer inventory on a daily basis and verifying the availability and readiness of customer’s product stock as required
- Coordinate with managers and supervisors on daily work schedules in order to satisfy customer requirements on a daily basis
- Oversee the flow of all incoming and outgoing product
- Coordinate yard movements and loading/unloading with Loader Operators
- Continual improvement of yard inventory systems through evaluation of market demand of specific product
- On-Call after hours required on a rotational basis
- Perform additional duties as necessary
**Your Qualifications**
- High school diploma / GED
- 1 year experience in a similar role in an oilfield/commercial/industrial/construction setting
- Exceptional organizational skills; very detail oriented
- Strong computer skills
- Project coordination skills; ability to work with different types of personalities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to use proper judgement and provide recommendations to Managers and supervisors; professional approach to dealing with problems, employees and sensitive issues
- Ability to work efficiently as a team as well as independently
- Strong interpersonal, communication and employee/customer relationship skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
