Supply Chain Coordinator

We have an opportunity within our Supply Chain team. As an integrated member of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team, the Supply Chain Coordinator works in all aspects of SCM supporting Category Leads, Materials Management, Inventory Planning, Purchasing, Pricing, and Logistics.
**What will you do?**
- Execute purchase orders and cradle-to-grave accountability for all purchasing documents including vendor confirmations, quantity, date management, expediting, logistics, issue resolution and vendor payment.
- Provide analytical support in Category Lead’s decision-making processes on domestic and international vendor sourcing, inventory planning, purchasing, and pricing strategies.
- Support Category Lead and Pricing Team in managing Release and Block requests.
- Maintain and update monthly and quarterly Supply Chain KPIs and ad-hoc reports for use within SCM, Sales, Operations and Finance.
- Coordinate cash recovery on aging inventory by redeploying, re-purposing, substituting, returning to vendor, fire selling or scrapping.
- Support field operations to ensure optimal inventory mix and levels to service customers, increase market share and maximize profitability while achieving turn rate and working capital targets.
- Assign and maintain material replenishment planning settings within SAP to ensure appropriate stock is available to support field operations.
**What will you bring?**
- Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation, Post-Secondary Degree, and/or equivalent education, training or experience is desired.
- Relevant Oil & Gas and/or distribution experience an asset.
- Familiarity with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) software an asset.
- Must have strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Effectively work within a team and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced, high stress environment.
