What you’ll do as a Workday HRIS Analyst:
- Provide expertise in the functional configuration of HCM and other Workday product areas- Assist end users and HR business partners with inquiries investigating and troubleshooting data and business process errors- Optimize our HRIS to support HR business processes, policies, and third-party integrations- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes using Workday- Define system requirements, research capabilities, performs configuration and testing prior to implementation of system changes- Support end user training by creating and updating Job Aids and assisting in the delivery of facilitated training and demonstrations

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of HRIS experience in a systems admin or analyst role supporting Workday- Knowledge and experience with HCM Workday product area, and familiarity or training in a secondary product area- Expertise in configuring multiple Workday product areas, with a strong understanding of cross-functional touchpoints, HRIS security, calculated fields, and custom reports- Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization in fast-paced environments- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and collaborative skills.- Proficient in MS Excel
