Who you are

The Workday Business Analyst is a key member of the Workday Experience team. You will lead the assessment of business requests and priorities to align with Workday technology solutions.

In this role you will gather requirements for new Workday enhancements, preparation, and facilitation of stakeholder interviews, translating business needs to technical requirements and vice versa, to support the team to deliver key system improvements.

What you bring- Understanding and demonstration of core BA technical abilities, including requirements gathering, analytical skills, project management skills and communication skills- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.- Effective time management skills and ability to switch areas of focus daily- Maintain data integrity when working with large amounts of information- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel (Pivot tables, etc.)- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with an HRIS in a technical capacity

Bonus skills and experience- Commercial real estate experience

What success looks like- Gather requirements (technical and user) for new Workday enhancements- Document requirements and translate asks from business asks to technical needs and vice versa- Draft test scenarios and validate test scenarios- Collect, analyze information and problem-solve to develop informed creative solutions in partnership with the applicable Workday analyst and/or Workday manager- Manage AzureDev Ops for requirements gathering- Manage multiple projects (from a BA perspective) simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively- Provide input to Workday Manager, Workday Experience, and business clients as appropriate.- Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of semi-annual Workday updates.
