**Overview**:
Reporting to the Director of HRIS and Talent Management, we are seeking a Manager, People Systems to oversee the delivery and support of our HRIS Platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, VIP and Microsoft Employee Analytics Database. Collaborating with multiple business stakeholders, this key role will lead and mentor the HRIS team, ensuring the successful delivery of our services across the company. We are looking for a strong people leader with outstanding collaboration, communication, and project management skills. Experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors Modules and a background leading a team of HRIS professionals is also key to success in this role.

This role is located out of our Vancouver office. Some occasional travel to other locations may be required.

**Duties**:

- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Coordinate project intake and support requests, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the business to establish priorities and lead the core HRIS roadmap and establish governance process
- Collaborate with business SMEs of other functional areas to ensure consistent and effective design, implementation, and adoption of HRIS solutions
- Coordinate the resolution or escalation of incidents, and compile incident statistics and identify patterns and identify opportunities for improvements
- Communicate and plan the deployment of the SuccessFactors bi-annual releases and platform system refreshes
- Maintain relationships with HR team members, providing platform roadmap updates to the Senior HR team
- Evaluate RFI proposals from vendors and ensure adherence to contract obligations
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing vendors to ensure quality service delivery and optimal pricing
- Lead and delegate work assignments to the Application Management Service (AMS) onshore and offshore team members
- Ensure performance, availability, security, and reliability of all HRIS Platforms including risk mitigation plans
- Mentor and develop team members through continuous performance reviews and feedback
- Review, negotiate, and update change requests and Statements of Work (SOWs) with vendors
- Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and licensing terms
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate concerns as needed to ensure service levels are met
- Coordinate and lead SOX audits, including scoping, planning, and reporting phases
- Collaborate with internal audit teams and external auditors to facilitate the audit process
- Work with compliance teams to identify areas of potential non-compliance and develop mitigation strategies

**Requirements**:

- 10+ Years in HR Systems implementation, support, sustainment, and optimization
- 7+ years SAP SuccessFactors multi-module experience - Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll required
- 7+ years in managing a team of HRIS Analysts, Coordinators and Consultants
- Senior-level experience in managing internal and vendor budgets
- Intermediate knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Must have a customer-centric view with a focus on making the business successful in achieving their objectives
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Software as a Service and advising on platform solution design and architecture

**Additional Information**:

- Vancouver based
- Large Canadian company, headquartered in Western Canada.
- Hybrid work, office 3+ days a week. 9 hour days, every second Friday off.
- Relocation to Vancouver available.
- Full-time Employee Position with annual bonus, medical/dental, rrsps, share purchase plan, and profit sharing bonus (up to 25% of wage).
- Target base salary range: 125 - 145K.
