**What You’ll Do**
**Prospecting & Relationship Building**
- Identify, reach out, and establish partnerships with key decision-makers in clinics, non-profits, rehab centers, and other targeted industries.
- Drive new sales through cold calling, networking, and attending local and national events.
**Account Management & Support**
- Nurture existing relationships by providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and prompt follow-ups.
- Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver to help customers find the perfect footwear solutions for diverse needs.
**Travel & Representation**
- Represent BILLY Footwear Canada at trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings across the country (must be willing to fly and drive).
- Organize and present product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, showcasing the **value proposition** of our adaptive footwear.
**Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies, set KPIs, and achieve growth targets.
- Provide market feedback on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to optimize our offerings.
**Storytelling & Advocacy**
- Share the story of BILLY Footwear’s mission and design, inspiring clients and end-users alike.
- Educate partners on how inclusive products can transform the lives of individuals with diverse abilities.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Go-Getter Attitude**: Ambitious, persistent, and not afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a meeting cold.
- **Outstanding Communication Skills**: Fluent in English, both written and verbal. (French is a plus)
- **Organizational Wizardry**: Able to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and travel itineraries with ease.
- **Valid Driver’s License & Flexibility**: Comfortable flying and driving long distances, with mínimal restrictions on travel availability.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-growing environment and adapts quickly to change.
- **Passion for Inclusivity & Diversity**: Enthusiasm for our mission in adaptive footwear, and empathy for the diverse communities we serve.
- **Sales Experience**: Prior success in meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B or similar sales environment.
- **Trade Show Savvy**: Capable of setting up, running, and breaking down booths at conferences and industry events.
