At Burnaby Strategic Consulting, we have had the privilege to partner with leading telecom companies to increase overall customer acquisition, improve their market presence, and drive sales results. As a result, we are looking for motivated, people-first Brand Sales Representatives who can take conversations and turn them into opportunities, and take those opportunities and turn them into revenue.

As a Brand Sales Representative, we are looking for someone who can be at the forefront of our company from start to finish, closing new business opportunities within the telecommunications sector and creating long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

What you'll do:

  • As a Brand Sales Representative, you will create long-lasting relationships with key decision makers and customers
  • Generate leads, build pipelines, and close sales as a proactive Brand Sales Representative
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer interaction adds value whilst surpassing sales goals
  • Our Brand Sales Representatives will collaborate with management and marketing teams to align strategies that drive results for our customers
  • Present top telecom brands, like Rogers, with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Keep accurate records of daily sales activity and customer follow-up

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, client acquisition, customer service, or sales is preferred, but not required, for a Brand Sales Representative
  • Someone who sees challenges as opportunities, with a strong competitive spirit, and is passionate about developing personally as a Brand Sales Representative
  • A natural communicator and skilled negotiator with the confidence to close deals through clear communication and strategic negotiation
  • A do-it-first attitude, motivated to exceed expectations in the role of a Brand Sales Representative
  • Reliable, professional, and coachable mindset
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
