Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, provide quotations for projects ,assist with customer inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal and external sales teams to address client needs and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication, Active Listening, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in Customer Support, Conflict Resolution, and Problem-Solving
  • Proficiency in using CRMs, Data Entry, and basic Office Software
  • Time Management, Organizational Skills, and the Ability to Multitask
  • Attention to Detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Prior experience in a customer service role within our industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or a related field are a plus
