**Job Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts and Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently. Your mechanical knowledge and sales skills will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales within our dealership.

**Duties**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive parts needs.
- Provide expert advice on parts selection based on customer requirements.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and supplies.
- Assist with upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with mechanics and service advisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and parts.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proven sales abilities, particularly in upselling products or services.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.
