Parts Advisor – Full Time

Join our dealership team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Parts Advisor to support our service and technician teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Receive, process, and deliver parts orders to service, body shop, and retail customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory, conduct regular counts, and ensure proper storage
  • Check availability, pricing, and order status using the dealership's computer system
  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting parts and accessories
  • Collaborate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely repairs
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure stock replenishment

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in automotive parts or service preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and catalogue with a little mechanical aptitude
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (in person & by phone)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: Based on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-5
