We're looking for passionate and driven co-op students currently enrolled in school to join a brand new, boutique digital marketing agency. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of digital marketing, working on real campaigns and projects that make an impact.
Our mission is to positively impact the planet at scale through ecommerce by working with socially sustainable brands. You'll be involved in marketing ethically sourced tea, campervans and tiny homes, health and wellness products, house plants abd helping promote products that make a positive impact.
**Position**:Digital Marketing Co-op Intern
**Location**:Remote
**Hours**:9 AM - 5 PM Eastern (on-call for emergencies on weekends and holidays for campaign launches such as 1st of every month, black friday/cyber monday, Christmas, New years, etc)
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Dive into the world of search engine optimization, learning how to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic. Implement on-site and off-site SEO strategies, including content creation, keyword research, and backlink generation.
**Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**: Manage paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Learn to optimize ad spend, create compelling ad copy, and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:Implement data-driven initiatives to increase conversion rates and maximize revenue.
**UX Design**:Collaborate with our design team to create user-friendly and visually stunning interfaces. Develop your skills in both UX and graphic design.
**Graphic design for ads**:propose and design on-brand advertising graphics and gifs on various platforms using best practices.
**Ecommerce Ecosystem**:Gain experience with the Shopify ecosystem, including app integrations (Yotpo, ReCharge, Shogun), sales channels (Instagram, Facebook), and Shopify Plus features.
**Video ad Creation**:Create engaging video ads for both organic and paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
**Influencer & Affiliate Marketing**:Build and manage influencer programs to amplify brand reach and drive brand loyalty.
**Media Buying**:Manage the strategy, creative direction, and ad buying for multiple platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest ads.
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:
Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords for our website.
Optimize website content by integrating target keywords, improving meta descriptions, and enhancing internal linking.
Create and manage a backlink strategy to boost domain authority and search engine rankings.
**Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:
Develop and launch PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting bids and targeting to improve ROI.
Create compelling ad copy and test different versions to determine the most effective messaging.
**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:
Analyze user behavior on the website using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools.
Propose and implement A/B tests to identify the most effective design and content variations.
Collect and analyze user feedback to inform design and content improvements that enhance user experience and increase conversions.
**UX Design**:
Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new website features and pages.
Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and refine designs.
Ensure all designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
**Graphic Design for Ads**:
Design on-brand advertising graphics and GIFs for use across various platforms.
Use best practices to ensure ads are visually appealing and effective in capturing audience attention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
**Ecommerce Ecosystem**:
Integrate and manage Shopify apps like Yotpo for reviews, ReCharge for subscriptions, and Shogun for page customization.
Utilize Shopify and Shopify Plus features to optimize the ecommerce platform, including checkout customization and sales channel integration.
Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
**Video Ad Creation**:
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Create storyboards and scripts for video content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Analyze video performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversions.
**Influencer & Affiliate Marketing**:
Identify and build relationships with influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and target audience.
Develop and manage campaigns to leverage influencer reach and credibility to amplify brand awareness and drive sales.
