About the Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Vice President, People Operations to join our team of talented human resources professionals. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, this individual has operational responsibility for the organization’s human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the position will support the implementation of the corporation’s strategic plan, enhancing employee engagement and facilitating productivity. With people at the heart of every decision and direction, the VP of People Operations will drive business results by providing the infrastructure for our employees to grow and succeed.
- Responsibilities & Areas of Accountability_
- Collaborate with SVR of HR and senior leadership team to create a people strategy that drives business results and supports and engages employees
- Ensure the organization continues to raise the bar on talent;
- Establish and drive proactive solutions to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time as we grow;
- Strategize and influence the design, development and implementation of the talent lifecycle programs, including the accelerated growth of high performing talent;
- Drive initiatives and strategies to connect with our people and inspire sustained performance and commitment to the organization;
- Oversee employee relations;
- Partner with Centre of Excellence functions on optimization projects;
- Evolve and improve talent assessment tools, including performance management, career development, and leadership development to enable the retention and development of top talent;
- Develop, mentor and elevate our people, building upon their strong foundations and enabling them to learn, grow and prosper.

What you Bring:
**Our** **Must** Haves**
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a human resources or people operations leadership role in a complex, growth focused organization;
- Minimum 3-5 years in senior leadership;
- Proven experience acting as a strategic partner and advisor to business leaders and their growth plans;
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Coaching Designation or ICF certification and CPHR designations are strong assets.
