**_Key Job Functions: _**
- Finance management (Budgeting, forecasting, strategic direction and planning)
- Evaluate Sales & Business growth (New clients and revenue streams)
- Retail inventory management (Assess and maintain expectations/margins with sales/mgmt. teams)
- Financial performance monitoring (review standards, sales directions and target to achieve regional branch margins)
- Marketing and communication development (Assist in identifying potential business sites in line with customer target)
- Adhere to necessary preventative control measures for fraud, theft and teller shortages
- Overseeing the maximization of customer experience while minimizing operations losses
- Leadership and mentoring (Performance and personal development coaching)
- Ensure staff are adhering to all operational procedures, policies, legal corporate and compliance governances
- Onboarding support (Assist in recruitment, retention, and performance management)
**_Regional Vice President Position cont’d. _**
**_Required Technical and Professional Expertise _**
- Minimum 8+ years in global FX currency exchange industry working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
- Working knowledge of currency exchange industry risks, compliance exposures, governance or standards
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and complex concepts to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong HR knowledge and people skills
- Experience with ATM (automatic teller machine) controls and processes
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Adobe
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eligible to work in Canada
