Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded correctly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and perform account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
