Due to growth, we are currently seeking a **Construction Administrator **to join our TGA General Contracting and Restoration Ltd. team and work under the direction of the Vice President, Construction. The key responsibilities of the **Construction Administrator **include but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and distribute construction administration documents
- Prepare and/or participate in proper filing and organizing of construction documents
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project correspondence
- Prepare and submit Purchase Orders to subtrades
- Prepare CCDC Contracts for sign off
- Request and Track WSIB clearance certificates for all trades
- Request and Track Insurance Certificates for Trades

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- 3+ years related experience working in administration in a construction environment
- Knowledge of standard construction terminology/ references
- Construction coordination or project-based experience highly desirable
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and pdf markup
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task and work productively in a high-volume and dynamic environment
- Takes personal ownership over tasks

**Experience**:

- Construction Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
