Guest Service Supervisor

## Job Overview
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all front desk activities including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction
**Qualifications**:
- Experience with Marriott Bonvoy and PMS system would be an asset
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong background in hospitality or hotel management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest services
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
