**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with inquiries or reservations.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Assist in managing reservations through phone systems or online platforms.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
