We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing distribution channels and help drive business success. The Sales Administrator will support the Executive Director in managing physical home entertainment sales, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and operational tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing home entertainment distribution across key retail accounts, including Amazon and Canadian bricks-and-mortar retailers.
- Ensure accurate submission and validation of all promotional and assortment programs in customer systems.
- Support the execution of promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and key metrics, preparing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to optimize performance.
- Assist with forecasting and inventory planning to ensure availability and minimize stockouts.
- Manage item setup processes, including uploading and updating product information in retailer portals.
- Address and resolve issues related to missing images, item details, or discrepancies in retailer systems.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Serve as a point of contact for retail partners, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on distribution strategies.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for account meetings and business reviews.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in home entertainment, consumer goods, or retail industries.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and retailer systems such as Walmart Retail Link or Target Apex.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
