As a Heat Pump Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our clients' heat pump systems, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance. If you're a skilled labourer who takes pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:(_training will be provided)_
- Work independently with mínimal supervision while providing excellent customer service.
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of heat pump units, including indoor and outdoor components.
- Knowledge of all heat pump parts, function, and purpose.
- Operate power tools and hand tools.
- Educate clients on proper heat pump maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and any observations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Drive to and from sites in a company-provided vehicle.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver abstract. Note: Certified letter required.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle equipment safely.
- Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous HVAC-R maintenance, heat pump cleaning, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools is required.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is considered an asset but not mandatory.

**Job Details**:

- Full-time (Monday to Friday) position with flexible working hours.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
